We're two people building an honest map of Croatia's homes.

agent.hr is the public portal of Insitu Data Company, a startup we founded in Split in early 2026. It's new, it's small, and this page is the whole story — who we are, what we're building, and what you can hold us to.

The idea came from an ordinary frustration: trying to work out what an apartment in Split is actually worth. Asking prices, hearsay, and a different answer from every agency. The data to answer the question properly exists — land registry records, real transactions, noise and flood maps — it's just scattered and hard to read.

So since the start of 2026 we've been connecting it, parcel by parcel. The map shows what we have so far: verified prices, valuations with their range and confidence, and location facts. Where the data is thin, the map says so — an honest "we're not sure yet" over a confident wrong number, every time.

Being two is deliberate for now: every data source on the map has been checked by one of us. We are hiring, slowly — if that sounds like your kind of work, write to us.
